Bradd Kietsman Memorial

A memorial service will be held at the family farm Bry Rain, Farm number D68, Hawkestone Rd in Summerveld, on Friday 12 March 2010 at 10h30 for 11h00.

From Durban, take the M13 or N3 to Shongweni (old Polo Pony Hotel on Kassier Rd, opposite the polo grounds. Take Cliffdale Rd off Kassier Rd at the service station next to the hotel and follow it for about 2 Kms, then turn left into Hawkestone Rd at the top of a hill and proceed until Farm D68 (Bry Rain Farm).

Use the second entrance and press the button on the gooseneck for the main house for entry.

Just to let you know, Mike's Memorial service, yesterday had an incredible turnout!! Service had to be delayed for about 45min to allow people to get a parking, never mind a seat! The church was overflowing with alot left outside but believe they had some type of speaker system operating. The wake was at Harare Sports club and that was packed to overflow!! Roy Bennett gave a eulogy, amongst others, and opened up with condolences from the Prime Minister & the MDC committee. I thought there would just be a few of us there representing the unit, when I got outside the church was absolutely amazed to see the amount of ties walking around! Talking to "Capt. Hurricane" at the wake he said there must be over 20 of the guy's here, nearly all of them, being new faces to me so lots of introductions! You would have to get the full list of names from Capt. H
